We offer appointments for Ski & Snowboard Boot Fittings & Lease Equipment! Before booking your appointment, here’s what you need to know:
  1. Boot Fitting appointments are for individuals. If you have a family of 3 then you will need to book 3 separate appointments. Boot fitting appointments are for those interested in purchasing new boots or for those who need adjustments made to their current boots.
  2. Lease Equipment appointments: Due to limited lease inventory remaining, we are no longer accepting appointments for lease equipment. Please stop by our ski shop on Bogus Basin Rd to see if we have equipment available.
  3. Once you have booked your appointment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
  4. Prior to your Boot Fitting appointment, you must complete a ‘Customer Boot Fitting Form’. A Link to the form will be included in your confirmation e-mail. However, you can also click the ‘Get Ready for Your Boot Fitting Appointment’ link below.
  5. Please contact us if you have any issues accessing the forms or if you do not receive the confirmation e-mail.

Booking your appointment:
            1. Select your service type, then click ‘continue’.
            2. Select your service, then click ‘continue’

            3. From the calendar, select the day that works best for your family.
            4. A list of available times slots will then appear below the calendar.
            5. Select your time, then click ‘continue’.
            6. Fill out a couple of questions & hit submit.
            7. Boom! Your time is reserved!

Get Ready for Your Boot Fitting Appointment

Prior to your Booting Fitting Appointment, we ask that you complete our Customer Boot Fitting Form

This form should be completed for each individual appointment. The information you provide in the form will help our staff prepare for your appointment. In addition to the form, here are a couple reminders about your appointment:

Appointment Details
          • Bring Your Own Socks: We will not be offering try on socks, so make sure you bring a pair of clean socks or you can purchase a pair.
          • Bring Your Current Boots: Whether you are interested in getting your current boots adjusted or looking to get a new pair, please bring your current boots with you.
          • Bring Your Footbeds or Orthotics: If you are currently using footbeds or orthotics in your boots, please bring them with you.
          • Parental Assistance: We will be asking for the parent’s participation in putting boots on your kid’s feet.
          • Late Arrival Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we can not guarantee your appointment will still be available & we may need to reschedule your appointment. If you are running late, please call the store at 208-336-2300 so we can try to accommodate you as best as possible.

Prior to your Lease Fitting Appointment, we ask that you complete our Lease Customer Information Form

This form is for the entire family & only needs to be completed once. The information you provide in the form will help our staff prepare for your appointment. In addition to the form, here are a couple reminders about your appointment:

          • Limit Extra Guests: We encourage you to limit the number of guests in our rental area. Any extra guests are welcome to shop & hang out on the retail side of the store.
